DO THE KITS WORK ON ANY BIKE?
Most bikes with open-slotted dropouts and quick-release wheels will work. Please check your dropout width and make sure your frame has enough space for the battery.
WHAT ARE DROPOUTS AND HOW DO I MEASURE THEM?
Dropouts are the slots where your wheel axle sits. Measure the inside width — usually 135mm for most quick-release bikes. Match this measurement with the option shown on the product page.

We ship kits and batteries to Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada. Accessories are available for shipping within Australia only. If you’re unsure, contact us to confirm availability in your country.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Express Shipping: 2–4 weeks for kits (Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada)
Standard Shipping (Free): 7–8 weeks for kits (Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada), 1–2 weeks for accessories (Australia Only)
Production time is usually 3–7 business days before shipping.
DO THE MOTOR AND BATTERY SHIP TOGETHER?
No — they are shipped separately due to size and shipping regulations. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
ARE THE KITS WATERPROOF?
Motors and controllers can handle rain and wet riding conditions. However, avoid fully submerging components or using high-pressure washing.
HOW FAST WILL MY E-BIKE GO?
Check the product page for your kit’s listed top speed. Actual speed depends on rider weight, terrain, and battery choice.
WARRANTY POLICY
Kits: All kits come with a 1-year limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. If your kit develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase, and our team will assist you with repair, replacement, or a suitable solution.
Accessories: Accessories are not covered by a warranty.
